Yes - road, cyclocross, gravel, and mountain bike. Sara raced all four professionally starting in 2002. Race preparation covers skills, course-specific work, and peaking for the events that matter on your calendar.
Yes. Sara lives in East Burke and rides these roads and trails year-round, so she can create a route built around your fitness, the conditions, and what you want out of the day - Kingdom Trails singletrack or the gravel network across the Northeast Kingdom. Rides can also be paired with a bike fit.
